By using PhoneTech or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to buy from us.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and order, and for keeping access to your email and account secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that are used unlawfully or abusively.

All products are open-box — opened packaging, powered on and verified working, then graded by condition (A1, A2, A3) with prices that vary by grade. Stock is limited and items are often one-of-a-kind. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change at any time.

We try to describe and price every item accurately, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example, if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud). Payment is taken at checkout through Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details. A contract is formed when we confirm your order.

Delivery timelines are estimates — see our Shipping policy. Open-box items are final sale; returns, refunds, cancellations, and the handling of damaged or wrong items are governed by our Final-Sale, Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. The site’s content, branding, and design belong to PhoneTech or its licensors and may not be copied, resold, or used commercially without our permission. Product images and specifications are provided for reference.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or a product, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue.
